The former 'Hills' star is returning to reality TV -- and bringing the drama.

Kristin Cavallari is quickly learning that running a business isn't all it's cracked up to be.

In the latest teaser for Very Cavallari -- premiering Sunday, July 8 on E! -- the reality star-turned-entrepreneur gets emotional when discussing the launch of the flagship store for her jewelry and home goods brand, Uncommon James.

"This is a really big deal for me," Cavallari, 31, admits two weeks before the store's grand opening in Nashville, Tennessee. "So I hired more girls to help out."

The former Hills star, who is no stranger to being at the center of drama, learns the hard way that the more people you bring into your inner circle, the more challenging it can be.

"I hired everybody to make my life easier, and I feel like it's just creating more and more problems for me," Cavallari confesses, breaking down into tears while talking to the camera.

The mother of three is later seen lashing out at her new employees, saying, "Guys, this wasn't a f**king collection that launched, this was a whole new line. I've worked my a** off for this thing."

In addition to her business launch, the new reality series follows Cavallari's five-year marriage to former NFL player Jay Cutler -- though it won't include the couple's three children, Camden, 5, Jaxon, 3, and Saylor, 2.

"Jay is a different breed. Writing me love emails and love letters. I don't know what happened," she jokes.

The reality star told ET last summer that she and Cutler, 35, have received "a lot of offers" to do a reality show, but she's always drawn the line when it comes to her kids.

"I want my kids to grow up as normal as possible, and I just don't think you can grow up normal with a camera in your face," she said. "I don't even put my kids on social media."
