Awards season officially kicks off this month with the 14th annual Hollywood Awards, and this year you can vote for your favorite Hollywood Movie of the Year, as well as Hollywood Male and Female Star of the Year!
Whether 'Inception' or 'The Social Network' got you talking or 'Toy Story 3' and 'How to Train Your Dragon' pulled at your heartstrings, movie fans can now vote for what they think are the best movies of 2010. Hollywood Male and Female Star of the Year contenders include Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Downey Jr., Cameron Diaz and Johnny Depp.
The Hollywood Awards gala event will be once again hosted by our own Mary Hart on October 25, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. Accolades being handed out include The Hollywood Ensemble Award to 'The Social Network' stars Justin Timberlake, Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, Armie Hammer, Max Minghella, Brenda Song, Rashida Jones and Josh Pence, while Spotlight Awards will go to Leighton Meester for 'Country Strong,' Milla Jovovich for 'Stone,' Barry Pepper for 'Casino Jack,' Noomi Rapace for 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' and Mila Kunis for 'Black Swan.'
Other major kudos include the Breakthrough Actor and Actress Awards to 'The Social Network' star (and new 'Spider-Man') Garfield and 'Alice in Wonderland' star Mia Wasikowska; the Hollywood Comedy Award will go to 'Due Date' funnyman Zach Galifianakis; 'The Kids Are All Right' mom Annette Bening will get the Hollywood Actress Award, while 'Get Low' star Robert Duvall will get the Hollywood Actor Award; Sean Penn will pick up the Hollywood Humanitarian Award; and The Hollywood Career Achievement Award will go to 'Expendables' action vet Sylvester Stallone.
Voting for Hollywood Movie of the Year and Hollywood Male and Female Star of the Year -- as well as the contenders for the Hollywood Discovery Awards -- closes October 19 at 12 a.m. PST: Vote today and check back to see the winners on October 25!
