Fans of 'Paranormal Activity' lined up in droves across the country early this morning to get a first look at the sequel, 'Paranormal Activity 2,' and ET was on hand for the Hollywood screening, where star Katie Featherston, couldn't hide her excitement for the franchise's success.

"I'm so thankful that the first movie became what it did," she said. "We loved it, we cared about it, but for people to have responded the way they did...for people to want to see a second one is amazing."

In the second installment, the home of Katie's (Featherston) sister develops "bad spirits" and no one is safe in that family – even their innocent baby, Hunter.

"I think this movie excites people because it's your own imagination that scares you," Featherstone said. "I think that's unusual in movies today."

'Paranormal Activity 2' creeps its way into theaters Friday.
