'Superhero Movie'

Following the Spider-Man formula, everything but the kitchen sink gets skewered in this superhero spoof "from the makers of Scary Movie and The Naked Gun," ranging from the X-Men and Fantastic Four to Batman and even a manic Tom Cruise going off the deep end. Drake Bell plays Rick Riker, an unpopular high school kid who is bitten by a mutated dragonfly while on a field trip and, of course, develops super powers. Comedy and conflict ensues.
