A Japanese superhero (Hitoshi Matsumoto) who grows to Godzilla proportions when he electrifies himself has inherited the responsibility of protecting Japan against an array of creatures in this sly spoof of Japan's famed rubber monster movies. With his skin emblazoned with strategically placed corporate logos, monster-fighter Masaru takes on increasingly odd beings who like to throw tantrums and destroy the city due to their own frustrations.
