ET's Kevin Frazier chats with the cast of 'Morning Glory,' getting their take on co-star Rachel McAdams and getting Rachel's take on playing a morning show producer.

In 'Morning Glory,' Rachel plays a hardworking TV producer who lands a job at a last-place morning news show, hoping to turn it into a hit with the addition of  a veteran TV anchor (Harrison Ford). But when the anchor refuses to cover morning show staples like celebrity gossip, weather, fashion and words like "fluffy" -- let alone work amiably with his new co-host (Diane Keaton), a former beauty queen -- conflict and crack-ups ensue.

"I have a great deal of respect for what executive producers do, and I do not have the chops," the actress admits. She says of working on a news show, "It's very chaotic. You have to have 10 hands and five brains."

Meanwhile, Rachel's seasoned co-stars gushed over the actress. "That face is visually stunning," Diane says. Harrison adds, "She's a real pleasure to work with. She has kind of a unique capacity to keep the comedy balls in the air."

'Morning Glory' hits theaters Nov. 10.
