Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig will face off against aliens -- and each other -- when 'Cowboys & Aliens' hits the big screen, and ET has the broadcast exclusive of the just-released trailer!

In the preview, Craig is an old-time cowboy who wakes up in the desert with a mysterious blinking high-tech bracelet around his wrist. When he hits a local saloon, he's informed that he's a wanted man and thrown in jail. As he's being taken away in a horse-drawn prison cart, Ford's character demands his captors turn him over -- only to be interrupted by a flying saucer that sets the street on fire. Another highlight of the explosive footage is when a woman is sucked through the roof of a building, apparently into a spaceship.

The mystery of 'Cowboys & Aliens' will be unwound when the film, directed by 'Iron Man''s Jon Favreau, debuts in theaters in the summer of 2011.
