Lea Michele and Zac Efron's 'New Year's Eve' Plans

New Line Cinema's upcoming film 'New Year's Eve' has a long line of celebrities vying for a starring role, including Lea Michele and Zac Efron.

According to The Hollywood Reporter's exclusive report, Sarah Jessica Parker has already signed on to act in the film, but the movie is still forming a spectacular ensemble.

Along with Lea and Zac, Halle Berry, Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Ashton Kutcher, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Biel and Abigail Breslin are currently negotiating for their own roles in the romantic film, which contains multiple plot lines following New Yorkers trapped in love conflicts on New Year's Eve.

THR reports that the movie is scheduled to begin shooting Feb. 1.
