Anne Hathaway Heads to the 'Dark' Side

January 19, 2011Anne Hathaway is joining the caped crusader on the big screen!
It's been announced that the in-demand actress will be playing the role of Selina Kyle in Christopher Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises,' alongside Christian Bale, who reprises his role as Batman.
"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Anne Hathaway, who will be a fantastic addition to our ensemble as we complete our story," Nolan said.
Also joining the cast is 'Inception' star Tom Hardy, who will play Batman's enemy Bane.
'The Dark Knight Rises' is scheduled to fly onto the big screen on July 20, 2012.
