David Arquette Checks Out of Rehab

January 30, 2011Actor David Arquette was released from rehab on Sunday.
"He has completed treatment," his rep told ET. David was in a program to battle his evils since the beginning of January. A source told ET that he was not admitted for drugs issues, but did not elaborate on what issues he was seeking to work through.
Courteney Cox told People after David's rehab admission, "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him." The couple legally separated in October and has a six-year-old daughter, Coco. The two thesps can be seen on screen together when 'Scream 4' wails into theaters on April 15.
