Bon Appetit! Gwyneth Paltrow Is A Culinary Cover Girl

A gorgeous Gwyneth Paltrow graces the cover of Bon Appétit, and it's difficult to say what looks better: Gwyneth in form-fitting, teal, or her stunning food which is featured in the June issue of the popular cooking magazine.

The article comes as Paltrow's new cookbook, My Father's Daughter hits stores. The book is filled with various family recipes, and in a tribute to her father (who died from oral cancer in 2002), she has modified some ingredients to reflect a healthier approach to traditional home cooking.

She says she likes to keep it simple, sharing fresh and flavorful examples such as Grilled Chicken with Peach BBQ Sauce, Grilled Halibut with Mango-Avocado Salsa, and Strawberry Shortcake Sliders.

As details of her cook book deal began to reach the public, the actress encountered rumors that she would follow in Oprah's footsteps, by starting her own culinary publication. Paltrow denies this talk, saying she doesn't "know how that rumor got into the papers." She adds, "It could not be further from the truth," telling the magazine that she "literally [doesn't] have time to bathe let alone start a magazine."
