Julianne Hough: 'Rock of Ages' Set with Tom Cruise is a 'Blast'

Published
Julianne Hough is one busy girl! Between wrapping 'Footloose' and flying to Miami to film 'Rock of Ages' with Tom Cruise, the self-confessed animal lover helped kick off the voting campaign for America's first ever "Hero Dog Awards" at the VA Medical Center-Manhattan, where she visited with patients with therapy dogs, and gave us an update on her super busy summer.
The 'Rock of Ages' set is a "blast," Hough gushed. She says the "amazing cast," which includes the likes of Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, make the project "really fun."
Julianne took a break from the star-studded set to lend a helping hand to the American Humane Association's cause, the "Hero Dog Awards" presented by CESAR Canine Cuisine.
By voting for your favorite hero dog at www.HeroDogAwards.org CESAR Canine Cuisine will make a donation to American Humane Association to help spread the love of therapy dogs to those that need it most.

'Rock of Ages' will be released next summer, and don't miss 'Footloose' when it hits theaters everywhere, October 14.
