Will Matt Damon Survive 'Contagion'?

Matt Damon is joined by Gwyneth Paltrow and an A-list cast in the Steven Soderbergh action-thriller Contagion, facing a deadly new virus that threatens all of mankind.

"It's a really great pandemic movie," says Matt. "I love those movies -- it's like a thriller, but it's kind of like a horror movie. I think people will be really entertained by it."

"This movie is basically a thriller where the villain is a virus," says Gwyneth. "The virus is very real and very dangerous and fatal to a lot of people."

In theaters September 9, Contagion casts Matt and Gwyneth as everyday parents whose lives are forever changed when Gwyneth contracts a lethal airborne virus. As the fast-moving pandemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. Kate Winslet, Jude Law, Laurence Fishburne, Bryan Cranston and Marion Cotillard co-star.

"Not that I'm paranoid, but I'm very concerned about germs," says Marion with a laugh. "And I've always been scared, in a way, by all those diseases, so it was something that I was really interested in."
