Watch: Angelina Speaks About Activist Jane Goodall

By

With the upcoming release of the documentary Jane's Journey, a film about the work of Jane Goodall, Angelina Jolie is speaking about her time spent with the noted activist, and her role in the new documentary.

Speaking on Goodall after working with her during the film, Jolie says, "She is one of the most decent people alive today. She is extraordinarily good natured...but she's also a fighter, so she's got such a great cool tough fighter energy so not at all this kind of peace activist, she is but in a very cool way."

Jane's Journey took four years to complete and features both Jolie and film star Pierce Brosnan. The film follows Goodall's work over three continents.

Jane Goodall will also take part in a live broadcast to 500 theaters across the country for a special one night only event on September 27, 2011. Jane will be joined in studio by Dave Matthews and Charlize Theron and will have a live conversation with astronauts on the International Space Station. The live event will also be the premiere of the film Jane's Journey. For more information on the event, visit Fathom Events website here.
