Steve Jobs' Life To Be Adapted Into A Film

Apple's Steve Jobs may have passed away only a few days ago, but Sony Pictures is already in negotiations for the screen rights to the authorized biography of the tech mogul.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony Pictures is working out a deal to acquire the rights to the book Steve Jobs, written by Walter Isaacson who is the former managing editor of Time magazine.

For the book, Isaacson was given complete access to Jobs and was even given a personal tour of Jobs' childhood home and conducted over 40 interviews with Jobs. The book was scheduled to be released on November 21, 2011, but has been moved up to October 24.
