'Puss in Boots' Claws Its Way to No. 1

Puss in Boots is on pace to set the record for the highest grossing Halloween weekend, easily topping the box office.

The DreamWorks Animation flick is projected to make $35 million for the weekend, $3 million more than the current Halloween record holder, Saw III.

Paranormal Activity 3 scared up $20 million from audiences, placing it in second place while Justin Timberlake's futuristic In Time reeled in $12 million for soft landing in third.
