An elite Navy SEAL parachuting team literally flew into Hollywood last night for the premiere of the military action flick Act of Valor and ET was on the red carpet to get star reactions to the fabulous stunt as well as their thoughts on the film.

Sex and the City star Gilles Marini said attending the premiere was a no-brainer since he is a big supporter groups helping U.S. military members and he couldn't wait to see how real troops and Navy SEALs were used in the movie. He also explains how he was stunned by the parachutists landing at the glitzy premiere.

Act of Valor -- which focuses on an elite team of Navy SEALs who embark on a covert mission to recover a kidnapped CIA agent -- hits theaters February 24.

Nestor Serrano -- who plays a CIA operative in the film -- joked that he would have participated in the parachute stunt himself, if he had not been required to do interviews on the red carpet. "Well I was going to do it originally, and then I said I can't do it because I've gotta be here doing this, and I'm a committed guy. Otherwise I'd be up there doing it."

Fellow cast member Roselyn Sanchez -- who was making her first appearance on the red carpet since having a baby girl -- said making the movie was "intense." But she added that she was proud to work alongside Navy SEALs and she believes that moviegoers will get the chance to learn more about these elite soldiers and their tactics.
