Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum schooled their box office competitors over the weekend, as 21 Jump Street topped the charts in its debut.
The R-rated comedy reeled in $35 million, knocking off the reigning box office topper, Dr. Suess' The Lorax, which took in $22.8 million.
Will Ferrell's Spanish-language comedy, Casa de Mi Padre, also had an impressive debut, premiering in the Top 10. The flick, which reportedly took $6 million to produce, made $2.2 million while playing in only 382 locations.
