George Lopez returns for the third installment of the Beverly Hills Chihuahua franchise, lending his voice to Papi the talking dog. The tiny canine's world falls from paradise when puppy Rosa struggles to find her place in the family. This leads Papi on a mission to help Rosa find her inner strength.
