Jennifer Lawrence continues to be a hot commodity in Hollywood, with the Hunger Games star in talks to star in an adaptation of The Glass Castle: A Memoir for Lionsgate, reports Deadline.com.
Written by gossip columnist Jeanette Walls, the New York Times bestselling memoir focuses on Walls' nomadic, unorthodox childhood with her dysfunctional family, in which she and her three siblings had to fend for themselves when their eccentric parents proved unable.
The role keeps in the theme of Lawrence's self-proclaimed "maternal wilderness girl" characters that have to fend for themselves in various predicaments, which she has perfected in both The Hunger Games and Winter's Bone.
