Now that's the Chicago way! The Untouchables debuted in theaters 25 years ago this month, and in celebration of the classic Brian De Palma period thriller we're flashing back to the film's world premiere -- in New York. Watch the vintage ET footage featuring Kevin Costner, Robert De Niro, Andy Garcia and, of course, Sean Connery!

"It's quite savage and robust, but it's so well-written by [David] Mamet and I think very well-directed by De Palma, I think it's a very good combination," said Connery about the film, while Costner declared, "Not to be too romantic about it, but I think it's a film that will live for 15-20 years, obviously forever, but I think it's a movie that will be watchable for a long, long time."
The 1987 crime drama, inspired by the early '60s TV series, follows the efforts of Treasury Department agent Eliot Ness, played by Costner, and his team of uncorrupted recruits to take down Al Capone (played memorably by a hefty De Niro) in Prohibition-era Chicago.
