Despite a tumultuous past couple of months in the press, things appear to be going strong for John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston.

The twosome appeared lovey dovey at the Los Angeles premiere of Travolta's new film, Savages, posing arm in arm for photographers, in turn squashing rampant rumors of an imminent split. Although the pair declined to stop for interviews, John and Kelly let their body language do the talking as they indulged in a smooch or two on the red carpet.

Co-star Blake Lively aroused a similar raucous, for altogether different reasons. The blonde stunner arrived to the star-studded event in a striking Zuhair Murad couture gown, which she tells us was her first pick for the 2012 MET gala. The 24-year-old was unable to attend the function in May, but put the fabulous black and tan dress to good use on Monday night.
