"It's a very male movie, but at the center of this male movie, the two women are the most powerful characters," said Blake. "It's a very fun film but told in a very sensual way."

Savages finds Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson as California marijuana growers whose booming business catches the attention of a Mexican cartel that wants to partner with them. But when they refuse to do business with them, the cartel, run by Salma Hayek's character, snatches up their girlfriend, played by Blake, and holds her hostage.
