The Twilight Saga vamp Ashley Greene has more than werewolves to fear in her new supernatural thriller, The Apparition, and the brunette beauty tells ET that wrapping up the fantasy franchise is "kind of sad."
"I'm excited for everyone to see it," says Ashley of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. "It's kind of sad that it's ending, but it's also an exciting thing that we got to finish out a franchise, because I feel a lot of people don't get to do that."
In The Apparition, in theaters Friday, Ashley plays one-half of young couple Kelly and Ben (Sebastian Stan), whose home is being haunted by a malevolent presence that was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. With nowhere to run, their last hope is an expert in the supernatural (Harry Potter star Tom Felton), but even with his help it may already be too late…
"This film in particular, I loved it because it's very psychologically driven, it kind of messes with your head," says Ashley. "The idea that this could happen is very interesting … Could this be true? Do you believe in ghosts, do you not? Can you manifest something? … It's kind of the unknown, and that's really scary to me."
