A new trailer for Paranormal Activity 4 has just arrived and teases the return of Katie and Hunter -- the couple from the franchise's second installment who were the victims of a double murder.

The trailer also reveals plenty of haunted happenings and dark chases through yet another suburban home -- this time in Las Vegas -- as well as the usual levitating children and people being sucked mysteriously into oblivion.

In one scene, the Xbox Kinect projects an eerie green backdrop for a young boy mesmerized by the console's "tracking dots."

Watch the trailer to see if it is enticing enough to get you into the theater beginning October 19 -- just in time for Halloween!
