First Look: New Spider-Man Costume

The sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man starring Andrew Garfield is now in production, and we've got a first look at Spidey's brand-new costume in the film!

The first-look image, courtesy of ComingSoon.net, improves on the homemade look of the previous film, suggesting that Garfield's web-slinger has fully come into his own as Spider-Man. Set for release in 3D on May 2, 2014, the new film finds Peter Parker's life quite busy between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). There are new villains in town -- Electro (Jamie Foxx) and Rhino (Paul Giamatti) – along with old friend Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) and the introduction of Mary-Jane Watson (Shailene Woodley).
