David Magee openly admits that adapting Life of Pi for the big screen was an absolutely terrifying endeavor given the book's emphasis on narration. But the risk was worth the reward as Magee received one of Pi's 11 Oscar nominations for the script he created, and now you can exclusively see one moment that didn't make the finished film.
