Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Can you believe it's been 25 years since Tim Burton's hilariously twisted take on the afterworld first hit movie screens? ET was on the set of Beetlejuice back in 1987, where a young Alec Baldwin had a field day with co-stars Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara and Jeffrey Jones, and perhaps the most amusing thing about our visit in this vintage footage is how stir crazy the cast seemed to be!

Arriving in theaters in 1988, Beetlejuice follows Barbara and Adam, a happy young couple (Baldwin and Geena Davis) who meet an untimely demise and discover that they are ghosts trapped in their own home. When the place is sold to the the Deetzes (Jones, O'Hara and a Gothed-out Ryder), a relatively obnoxious Manhattan family, Barbara and Adam recruit the even more obnoxious Beetlejuice (an over-the-top Michael Keaton) to help scare away the living. It's showtime!

Watch the video to see Baldwin and Ryder act like apes, O'Hara interrupting Baldwin's interview to declare, "He's dead in this film and he's dead in this town, but he's a living doll to me!" -- and to see Jones lose his cool for the sake of silliness. Stir crazy indeed.
