If this bloody preview is any indication of Chloe Grace Moretz's performance, the 16-year-old actress will more than live up to Sissy Spacek's epic portrayal.
Directed by Kimberly Pierce, Carrie stars Chloe as the shy teen in the reboot of Stephen King's classic horror tale. Shunned by her peers and sheltered by her overprotective, deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), Carrie discovers that she has telekinetic powers and unleashes terror on her small town after being pushed too far at the senior prom.
The film opens October 18.
