'Fast 6' Continues Box Office Reign
Newcomers Now You See Me and After Earth proved no match for Fast & Furious 6, which topped the box office again in its second week.
The action popcorn flick ran laps around the competition, taking in $34 million over the weekend, while Now You See Me and After Earth debuted to the tune of $27.5 million and $26.5 million, respectively.
The animated family film Epic held steady with $16 million for fourth place, just ahead of Star Trek Into Darkness, which reeled in $15.2 million.
