Steve Carell reunites with his Little Miss Sunshine co-star Toni Collette for the poignant and fun coming-of-age comedy The Way Way Back, and ET is with Steve and his co-stars Maya Rudolph, Sam Rockwell, Allison Janney, AnnaSophia Robb and relative newcomer Liam James as they reveal their first-ever jobs and whether or not they were awkward teens!

In theaters July 5, The Way Way Back follows introverted 14-year-old Duncan's (played by James) summer vacation from hell with his mother (Collette), her overbearing boyfriend (Carell) and his daughter (Zoe Levin). The awkward Duncan has a tough time fitting in until he finds an unexpected friend in Owen (Rockwell), the manager of the Water Wizz water park. As he begins to find his place, Duncan begins to slowly open up and enjoy a summer he will never forget.

Also starring Amanda Peet and Rob Corddry, The Way Way Back is directed by Nat Faxon and Jim Rash (The Descendants).
