Which '2 Guns' Star is Tougher, Denzel or Mark?

By

ET was in New York City Monday night for the premiere of the summer action flick 2 Guns, in which Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg play a DEA Agent and a naval intelligence officer on the run after botching an attempt to infiltrate a drug cartel. But their shaky alliance gets even more complicated when they realize that they're actually both undercover agents!

But would the two actually choose to partner with one another in a real-life undercover operation?

"Absolutely -- Denzel's a great guy personally and professionally," Wahlberg said. "I've learned from him so much, and I've been able to gather so much advice from him. He's just a great guy."

Washington however, was hilariously a bit more hesitant.

"Depends, what would we be undercover as?," he joked. "We could be undercover now!"

But they both admitted that they each challenged one another when it came to performing some of the more challenging stunts in the film --  including a particularly harrowing one involving bull fighting.

"Well basically we're tied up and they're gonna let this bull go in and out, and we're trying to pick ourselves up every time he comes in," Wahlberg explained. "It's not fun being tied upside down, blood rushing through your head. You get faint pretty quickly. I was game, and I just assumed Denzel had already agreed to do it."

"You know, it's like ego," Washington added. "It's like, alright is Mark going in? I gotta go if Mark goes. He's probably going. Alright Denzel's in there, I gotta go," he laughed.

Check out who the rest of the star-studded cast -- including James Marsden, Bill Paxton and Paula Patton -- would choose to go undercover with, Denzel or Mark?

2 Guns hits theaters this Friday.
