"You've got a guy who wants to change the world, and he had a precision laser-light focus," says Ashton of the man he portrays. "You look around and you see great products, but a lot of times people fail to look and go, 'Well, who was responsible for part of your everyday world?' And this is his story."

In theaters August 16, Jobs tracks the extraordinary story of Steve Jobs, whose impact has been felt by millions and millions of people who employ his technology on a daily basis. A temperamental innovator and ground-breaking entrepreneur who let nothing stand in the way of greatness, he helped to build Apple from the ground up (starting up in a garage office) despite opposition and turbulence at every turn, including having his company ripped from his grip.
