Exclusive: Kutcher as Steve Jobs in New TV Spot

There has been much anticipation, from both fans of late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and actor Ashton Kutcher, for the theatrical release of the biopic Jobs. In the meantime, ETonline has exclusively obtained a TV spot for the film.

"When you grow up, you get told, 'Live life inside the walls.' Life can be much broader," Kutcher says in character as he narrates the 30-second TV spot. "You can change everything around you, influence it, build it, improve it, make your mark upon it—and once you learn that, you'll never be the same again."

Part of the anticipation from Kutcher's fans to see him playing Jobs is his meandering from his usual comedic character to a more dramatic role.

Although the 35-year-old actor has previously undertaken non-comedic roles (e.g., The Butterfly Effect) and a film with historical context (i.e., Bobby), he has yet to star as a prominent social figure like Jobs.
