Electro Attacks Times Square in 'Spider-Man' Spot

In this New Year's Eve-themed teaser for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, it's told that 39 million people visit New York City's Times Square every year, and all of them are in danger of being killed by one of Spider-Man's many psychotic adversaries.

This trailer offers a glimpse into the madness and danger of Electro (Jamie Foxx), who powers up using the electrical lines that run below the streets of Times Square. He then goes on a homicidal rampage, shooting concentrated bolts of electricity from his fingertips.

Luckily, the wise-cracking Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) is on hand to save a few innocent bystanders and take on Electro head to head. But as the trailer reveals, Spider-Man's greatest battle is about to begin.
