Rejected by his superstitious herd and blamed for a sudden drought affecting the land, Khumba the Zebra (voiced by Wizards of Waverly Place star Jake T. Austin) sets out on a daring mission across the Karoo desert to find a legendary waterhole where the first zebras got their stripes. Teaming up with a sassy wildebeest (Loretta Devine) and a flamboyant ostrich (Richard E. Grant), the half-striped Khumba meets a host of colorful characters along the way, but must truly earn his stripes when he comes face to face with a menacing leopard (Liam Neeson) who is threatened by Khumba's foretold power.
