In Divergent, Kate Winslet shows fans a side of her that hasn't been seen in her 23-year career, and she dished on her new experience in a new sit down with ET.
The thrilling action-adventure flick, in theaters March 21, casts Winslet as Jeanine, a faction leader out to destroy all Divergents who don't fit into one distinct group. When Shailene Woodley's character, Tris, is determined to be Divergent, a conspiracy is hatched to catch her. Ashley Judd, Miles Teller, Mekhi Phifer and Maggie Q also co-star.
"I haven't played a villain before," said Winslet, admitting that she had fun being the bad guy for a change. "It was a big, fun, exciting, new challenge for me."
