Colton Burpo had a near-death experience at four years old when he was rushed to the hospital with a burst appendix. He came back knowing things that just could not be explained from a practical standpoint. Now an active teenager, his amazing story written by his father Todd became a bestseller. Todd says, "I've got a lot of witnesses that this really happened, and I think when people watch this movie they are going to really get that."

Todd adds, "I think one of the things that some people ask me is how do we know you didn't make this up? There is absolutely no way I could have invented this and not have people out to expose me."
