Will the world see the brand-new Batmobile tomorrow? Zack Snyder, the director of the untitled Man of Steel sequel that teams up Superman with Batman, teased today that he will unveil the Caped Crusader's iconic ride tomorrow, showing a pic of the alpha-vehicle partially covered by a tarp.
Posting a photo on Twitter, the director teased, "Could be time to pull the tarp…Tomorrow?" The film begins production this week in Detroit.
While the Batmobile has been exposed, the film's title and plot still remain a mystery. All we know is that Ben Affleck will play Batman and Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman, while a supporting cast includes new faces Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jeremy Irons as bruce Wayne's loyal butler Alfred, and Jesse Eisenberg as supervillain Lex Luthor. The expanded cast of characters also paves the way for the first Justice League movie, with Snyder officially confirmed to direct.
The Untitled Superman/Batman movie is scheduled to fly into theaters in May 2016.
