With a new cast, a new enemy and a whole lot of the massive explosions audiences love, Transformers: Age Of Extinction is poised to be one of summer's biggest blockbusters.
Mark Wahlberg, who leads this fourth installment of the mega-hit franchise, stopped to talk to ET on the red carpet at the New York premiere of the film, and opened up about how hard it is to step into a franchise that is already established.
"You know, I didn't think about the pressure of having a new cast and basically changing up the whole thing," Wahlberg told ET's Rocsi Diaz, answering a tweet sent in by one of ETNow's loyal followers. "It's a fresh new start and a new trilogy. New cast. New threat for the humans as well as the Autobots. So it's just something different. You can't really think about that sort of pressure. You just got to go in and, you know, if [director] Michael Bay thinks I'm the right guy for the job, I want to deliver for him. If I do that, than I've done my job."
What about all the upcoming installments Wahlberg has signed on to star in? "Are you even thinking about the next two that you still have to film?" Rocsi asked the 43-year-old actor.
"No! No, I'm not. I might have been before the press tour started," he joked.
