Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone's Secret to a Happy Marriage

Ben and Melissa reveal how they mix they're able to successfully mix their personal and professional lives.

With the upcoming release of Tammy, Melissa McCarthy and her husband Ben Falcone are quickly becoming one of Hollywood's A-list power couples.

Melissa co-wrote, co-produced and stars in the comedy, while Falcone directed the film, and also wrote and produced it alongside his wife. So clearly, the two have a rather successful relationship, which isn't exactly a common thing in Hollywood.

What is the secret to their marital bliss and success? ET's Rob Marciano was on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of Tammy on Monday night and got some tips on how to have a healthy marriage. "I think you find the nicest in the world, and you marry him," the 43-year-old actress, who married her husband in 2005, said with a smile.

"We have a lot of fun," Falcone, 40, added. "I think she's the best person in the room, so I'm just delighted."

Aside from adoring one another, McCarthy says there's another reason their relationship has managed to withstand the pressure of the movie business.

"We're not very Hollywood," McCarthy said. "We have little kids, we stay in our little area. [If we weren't here] we would be sitting in our backyard."

"Having some sort of a barbeque," Falcone added. "Maybe have a Guinness."

Tammy, which hits theaters July 2.
