"Go Ninja, Go Ninja, Go!"

If you remember these words, you remember Vanilla Ice's turtle-inspired ninja rap in The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 back in 1991 during the height of his "Ice Ice Baby" fame.

Twenty-three years later, the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie comes along with its own ninja rap about the crime-fighting, pizza-eating turtles by Khalifa, Juicy J and Ty Dolla $ign.

The new version is already being met without some criticism, from the OG turtle rapper, himself.

"With respect to all of the artists, the song doesn't really do it for me," Vanilla Ice told GQ. "It feels a little artificial—what I mean by that is that it sounds like a bunch of executives in the corporate world put it together. It really does not fit the theme of the Ninja Turtles legend. I think you have to understand, and be a true Ninja, to possess the Magic to really pull off the secret sound."
