Stephen Hawking's Biopic 'The Theory of Everything' Is One Great Love Story

The love story of the world-renown physicist Stephen Hawking and his wife is out of this world.

The new biopic The Theory of Everything, starring Eddie Redmayne (Les Miserables) as Stephen and Felicity Jones (Like Crazy) as his wife Jane, tells of how the couple came to meet and overcome numerous obstacles in their life, including the physicist's motor neuron disease.

The real-life Hawking's motor neuron disease is related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a condition that has progressed over the years. He is almost entirely paralyzed and communicates through a speech generating device. He and Jane were married twice and have three children.

"But I love him and he loves me," Felicity, as Jane, says. "We're going to fight this illness together."

And fight they do!

The biopic will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival next month but hits theaters Nov. 14, 2014 in the U.S.
