Is Josh Brolin blushing?

In the upcoming super-stylistic sequel Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, Penny Dreadful star Eva Green plays the eponymous dame, who spends at least a decent portion of the film wearing very little-- and the very little she does wear appears to be see-through.

Josh Brolin stars opposite Eva as Dwight – the character originally played by Clive Owen in the first Sin City – and Dwight is the one doing most of the killing mentioned in the film's title.

ET's Rocsi Diaz sat down with the two stars to talk about what makes Eva the perfect dame to kill for in the film.

"She has these eyes," explained Brolin, 46. "There's something about her eyes. Robert [Rodriguez] said he started with a wide shot and he realized it wasn't working. ...You don't usually go in for a close-up first and foremost, and he did. ...She has incredible seductive power."

It's also the character's skills in the art of seduction that makes her so terrifyingly dangerous. She leads Dwight back into her bed even after he's being spurned by her in the past, leading to some very steamy sex scenes.

"Her, coming from Europe and all that, that's not an issue," Brolin said, explaining how comfortable Green, 34, was in showing her body on film. "It's a much bigger issue for us. We like violence and no sex, which I don't quite understand. But this move has both in very extreme, absurd ways."

After answering with a coy smile, Rocsi asked Brolin if he was, in fact, flustered by thinking of the film's sex scenes.

"I am!" Brolin laughed.

However, Green explained that the scenes were not that hot and heavy when it came time to shoot them.

"You know, he's wearing flesh colored Spanx and I'm wearing a tiny thong, and we feel not really sexy, actually, and quite silly," Green admitted, laughing.
