Ant-Man is coming!

After announcing the start of production just yesterday, Marvel has already released the first photo of Paul Rudd as Scott Lang in Ant-Man, and we love it! The photo shows a darker side of Rudd than we’re used to as he stands hooded with a scarred eyebrow in front of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Marvel Studios began production of the film yesterday in San Francisco as confirmed with a tweet from director Peyton Reed:

The studio also added a few other big names to the cast including: Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Abby Ryder Forston, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, John Slattery, Gregg Turkington and rapper T.I.

Based on the comic character first published in 1962, Ant-Man marks the newest venture into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the film centers around con-man Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), armed with the ability to shrink in size but increase in strength.
