Did you love the classic 2004 teen comedy Mean Girls? Of course you did, you're only human. Well, it turns out that Lindsay Lohan really loved that movie too.

It's not really a big surprise, when you think about it. Mean Girls was the high water mark in her cinematic career (up to this point. Who knows where it will go in the future?). After Mean Girls we got Herbie Fully Loaded, I Know Who Killed Me, The Canyons, and those are actually the highlights.

In an interview with TimeOut London
- in which Lindsay was promoting her theatrical debut in the David Mamet play Speed-The-Plow on London's West End– the 28-year-old actress was asked how she felt about Mean Girls having come out 10 years ago.

"People really love the movie: how do you top that? I was with Tina Fey the other day and I said we should do another Mean Girls, like an older version where they're all housewives and they're all cheating. That would be really funny. I'll harass Tina to write it."

With Tina's new film This Is Where I Leave You currently in theaters and three other films on her plate – not to mention a TV show she's starting after the critically acclaimed NBC comedy 30 Rock came to an end after seven seasons, it seems like she might be too busy to write that semi-depressing sequel.

But fear not, Lindsay. If you want to enjoy Mean Girls 2, just go ahead and watch the already existing Mean Girls 2, a made-for-TV sequel (and sort-of reboot) that came out in 2011 on ABC Family.
