It wouldn't really be a Pirates of the Caribbean movie without Captain Jack Sparrow getting captured and tied up!

On Tuesday, producer Jerry Bruckheimer gave fans a tantalizing first glimpse at the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales when he tweeted out a photo of Johnny Depp in his iconic costume getting menaced by filthy sea raiders.

Dead Men Tell No Tales, the fifth installment in the hugely successful Pirates franchise, has Captain Jack searching for the mythical trident of Poseidon while fleeing the dreaded Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), who leads a crew of ghost marauders bent on killing all pirates who sail the high seas.

Geoffrey Rush and Orlando Bloom reprise their roles, while Kaya Scodelario and Brenton Thwaites join the franchise.

The film is currently scheduled to hit theaters July 7, 2017.
