Shia LaBeouf suffered injuries to his head and hand while filming American Honey in North Dakota.
The 29-year-old actor's rep issued a statement to ET, saying, "Shia LaBeouf sustained minimal injuries late last night on the set of his current film, American Honey. As protocol, production sought out medical attention and Shia received stitches on his hand and for a laceration on his head. He is due back on set tomorrow."
According toVariety, a mishap occurred during a scene in which LaBeouf was supposed to put his head through a glass window.
This wouldn't be the craziest thing to happen to LaBeouf on a film set.
In an interview with British GQ, LaBeouf's Fury co-star Logan Lerman revealed that LaBeouf cut up his own face and had a dentist take out one of his teeth to help him get into character.
American Honey is British filmmaker Andrea Arnold's first film set in the U.S. The film follows a teenage girl (Arielle Holmes), who finds herself in a whirlwind of hard partying, law bending and young love after joining a traveling magazine sales team.
