The 29-year-old actor's rep issued a statement to ET, saying, "Shia LaBeouf sustained minimal injuries late last night on the set of his current film, American Honey. As protocol, production sought out medical attention and Shia received stitches on his hand and for a laceration on his head. He is due back on set tomorrow."
According to Variety, a mishap occurred during a scene in which LaBeouf was supposed to put his head through a glass window.
This wouldn't be the craziest thing to happen to LaBeouf on a film set.
