Sterling K. Brown Joins 'Black Panther' Cast, Says He's 'Beyond Thrilled'

The 'This Is Us' star landed a huge Marvel role!

Sterling K. Brown has signed onto a Marvel movie!

The This Is Us star has joined the upcoming Black Panther movie, Marvel Studios announced on Thursday.

"Beyond thrilled to be joining this immensely talented group of actors & storytellers!" the 40-year-old actor tweeted. "Thank you for a seat at the table! ??#blackpanther."

Brown will be playing N’Jobu, a figure from Black Panther's past, in the movie.

The Ryan Coogler-directed film also stars Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, as well as Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke and Florence Kasumba.

That's almost too much great casting to handle, but we'll all have to wait until Feb. 16, 2018, when the movie premieres, to see it.
